I am a passionate with hands-on experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, specializing in vehicle diagnostics, fault analysis, and technical issue resolution across key EV systems such as BMS, VCU, MCU, and CAN communication networks.Proficient in using diagnostic tools like PCAN-View, I perform real-time CAN ID analysis, read CAN messages, and interpret DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) to identify system faults accurately. I also work extensively with CBMS Creator software to analyze LFP batteries, checking cell voltage, temperature, SoC, and SoH, while ensuring complete battery health diagnostics. My expertise also extends to NMC battery systems and ION BMS, using CAN tools to troubleshoot issues and maintain safety standards.I handle VCU firmware upgrades using SMT32 Programmer, MCU firmware upgrades using GTK software, perform motor controller diagnostics, fault detection, and support OTA/software-level updates. Additionally, I create detailed technical reports that document faults, root causes, and resolutions to support ongoing product improvement.I work closely with R&D and QA teams, acting as a bridge between field feedback and engineering updates. My goal is to reduce vehicle downtime, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance product reliability through accurate diagnostics and proactive support.
