Leading Inventory Optimization project to liquidate excess/obsolete inventory.• Partnered with the shipping team to achieve shipment targets, tracked critical in-transit parts, and coordinated with the logistics to ensure on-time delivery at Customer Dock.• Monitor and manage KPIs including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Budget Hours, Inventory levels (WIP, FG, Components), and Productivity.• Supported data analysis initiatives to identify delivery gaps, conducted root cause analysis (RCA -QRQC), and implemented corrective actions to enhance process efficiency.• Ensure compliance with MPS planning processes across multiple programs and product lines.• Spearhead the \"One Safran\" initiative to elevate planning maturity, achieving Silver Level standards in S & OP and MPS processes.• Lead Level 2 SCM QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings, reviewing KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, and Innovation.
