Review and approve termination cases in Workday, maintain the master resignation tracker, and promptly coordinate corrections for weekend-submitted resignations with HR Business Partners.Full & Final coordination by collecting pending attendance from managers of exited employees, calculating PTO for leave encashment, and compiling applicable shift allowances or other payouts.
