   In my role, I am responsible for overseeing the entire construction management process of various significant Commercial and Residential projects situated in the burgeoning area of New Chandigarh. These projects encompass a diverse range of developments, each with its own unique set of challenges and requirements. They include Beacon Street, which is designed to be a bustling hub of activity with its mix of retail and office spaces; Hotel Holiday INN, a high-profile hospitality project that demands meticulous attention to detail in its construction process; and the International Trade Tower, a landmark commercial building that will offer state-of-the-art facilities for businesses. In addition, I manage the development of a Multi-level Car Parking structure, designed to accommodate the increasing vehicular demands of the area. We also have The Lake, a serene and scenic project that adds both aesthetic and recreational value to New Chandigarh. Other projects under my management include the Cassia Club, which is set to become a premier lifestyle and leisure destination, and Cassia Commercial 3, a crucial retail development. Each of these projects is pivotal to the city\'s growth and I ensure they are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
