ABOUT SHUBHAM MEHARU

I am a grassroots development practitioner working at the intersection of education, community engagement, and system strengthening. My work focuses on improving the quality of education at the block and sector level by building strong support systems for teachers, Anganwadi workers, and school leaders.I actively engage in school profiling,capacity-building workshops, sector meetings, and demonstration-based learning processes. I believe that sustainable change happens when frontline functionaries are empowered, supported, and given ownership of the process.I am particularly interested in- Educational equity and access- Teacher Learning Centers and professional development- Strengthening Anganwadi and early childhood spaces- Community participation in education- Policy implementation at the grassroots levelI strongly believe that development must not create islands of excellence while leaving others behind. Every school and every child deserves equal opportunity, quality infrastructure, and meaningful learning experiences.Driven by purpose and social responsibility, I continue working towards building systems that are inclusive, participatory, and impact-oriented
