About Shubham Jha

I am a Tech Graduate in Computer Science with Honors specialisation in Machine learning, Software Project Management and Advance Computing. I am currently working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, with its Amazon Business (AB team). I handle the projects of Business Homepage charter, forefront Homepage of Amazon Business worldwide, and simultaneously work as a developer within Amazon Business Navigation and Unified propensity service. Recently, I have increased my scope to AB Mobile (Mobile App by Amazon Business) and 3WM. Currently, My current role predominantly centers on the retail business domain and my day-to-day work involves leading and developing the buying experience of our customers connecting with Product Managers, Merchandising team across EU, North Americas and JP and developers. In my tenure at Amazon I have built both front end and back end infrastructures yielding multimillion Organisation purchases uplift. Furthermore, I have led the Homepage team\'s efforts in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks: the Digital Service Act (DSA) and Digital Marketing Act (DMA) in the EU. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in the international expansion of our charters into marketplaces - Mexico.Before Amazon, I worked with Nasdaq, one of Largest Stock exchange in the US, building some of its AI products for internal customers and worked as a developer in its Investor relations team, where my day to day work was to engage with IR Products used by IR officers of Tech giants like Google (Alphabet), MSFT, AMZN and Meta, gathering requirements and building solutions. Apart from this, I worked with Royal Bank of canada in its Loan and Vehicle tax team, Vigilante Cyber Securities, where I worked to build Virtual CISO, Taj Hotels, where I worked as a Data Analyst intern and United Nations, where I worked as Project Manager - Data Analysis for their projects in North east India.
