KFIN Technologies is one of India\'s leading financial services and fintech companies, serving mutual funds, capital markets, and investor solutions at scale.As a Data Engineer, I own end-to-end data automation workflows for a major AMC, with a focus on pipeline reliability, data quality, and stakeholder-ready reporting.What I\'ve built & delivered: Automated AUM data ingestion: Designed and deployed an API-driven pipeline to pull public mutual fund AUM data into GCP, eliminating roughly 5 hours of manual data collection effort every day and making the process fully hands-off, and the dashboards can be populated automatically, daily. Reporting automation at scale: Built an end-to-end solution to export Looker dashboards (distributor reports) to GCS and distribute them via email to ~330 Regional Managers associated with that AMC pan India, replacing a manual coordination process entirely Data quality & anomaly detection: Performed validation and anomaly detection on CAMS RTA processed transaction data (hundreds of thousands of transactions daily), proactively flagging suspicious AUM values before they reached business stakeholders Pipeline ownership: Monitor and maintain 3 production pipelines on daily and monthly cycles, ensuring consistent data availability and early escalation of failures Documentation: Authored comprehensive end-to-end documentation for all 3 pipelines and 2 additional ones, enabling smoother SRE handoffs and improving client auditability. 🤝 Stakeholder management: Responded to client escalations on data freshness and accuracy; incorporated feedback directly into pipeline improvements.
