Data Centre Master planning & Design of Mechanical Systems using Latest Technologies Direct Liquid • Design, Planning & Monitoring of Projects from Mechanical perspective with Complete Coordination with Client & GC. • Design of complete MEP Systems with Design Basis Report, Specifications for conceptual & Tender Stage along with Final preparation of Detailed Design Drawings for various Data Centre’s and industrial Projects using Energy Efficient and Sustainability approach. • Client Coordination for all Pre & Post Tender stages of design and construction with respect to design, final project scope, providing best engineering solution, estimating cost. • Recommend cost effective measures to reduce the overall package costs. • Interdisciplinary coordination with Architect, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation & process for understanding project basic requirements at design stage and provide inputs to disciplines. • Perform Detailed CFD Analysis for Project for Internal and external Results in Six Sigma Software. Analyze the results for Data Hall Conditions and make corrective measures to obtain the Data Hall Desired condition of Temperature, Velocity and pressure. • Performing Heat Load Calculations (HAP), Pump Head, ESP, duct size calculation, ducting pressure loss calculation, pipe sizing, ventilations etc. • Review vendor documents, ensure vendor equipment’s compatibility and compliance with the scope of client. Checking of Vendor Material & Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings submitted by Vendor• Coordination with Internal MEP team for Coordination and GFC Drawings. • Site Visits for coordinating Site Installation activities and ensuring it is as per design. • Client & Projects: STT Global Data Centers Pvt. Ltd-30 MW Reliance India Ltd-Industrial Data Centre’s- 20 MW (Direct to chip Liquid Cooling )AdaniConneX -30+30 MW
