Assistant Manager – Planning at L&T Hydrocarbon Energy (Onshore), currently supporting planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for the RIL Nagothane Project. My role focuses on schedule integration, progress tracking, and data-driven reporting to enable effective decision-making and timely project execution.Previously, I worked as an Assistant Manager at AMNS India within the Odisha Project Management and Control team, contributing to the execution of a 25 km Iron Ore Slurry Pipeline and the Iron Ore Tailing Storage Dam. I collaborated closely with engineering partners to develop technical scopes of work, support bid evaluations, and manage project financials through SAP-based daily financial and CAPEX reporting.I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) from NIT Warangal and have published a research paper in an MDPI journal on manufacturing system performance using simulation and MCDM-based methodologies.With strong communication skills, an eye for structure and aesthetics, and experience working in cross-cultural project environments, I am driven to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of large-scale industrial and manufacturing systems.
