Contracts Management.Handling Delegations in case of users absenteeism.Knowledge on User Creation when they enter theAriba system.Creating of Groups & Security Groups andassigning users to those groups.Handling user login issues basis the Enterpriseand Third Party ID activation/deactivation.Handling and closure of tickets on SNOW.
