Reviewing Contracts, amendments• Invoices Approvals – Approving Invoices in timely manner forthe payments• Vendor Management- New Vendor Onboarding by creating newaccount, validating W9s, vendor info forms and, contact vendorfor billing disputes• Contracts- Updating Contracts in TEM, Track payments anddeadlines Analyze and mitigate risk Activation and De activationof assets of complete telecom assets on vendor portals. Assistin preparation and revision of contracts and amendments• Telecom Inquiries- Working on telecom tickets (ServiceNowtool) for providing invoices, creation of new vendors requestsubmission and other casino’s/ stakeholder’s new assetactivation and deactivation requests• Reporting- Preparation of Monthly Commissions analysis and Hardware Installs report. All the reports are distributed to highermanagement• Daily/ Weekly meetings check-ins with global teams andpreparing meeting notes.• Any ad hoc requests.Process documentation and keeping SOPs updatedContinuos improvement
