About Shubham Joshi
I am passionate about studying and understanding human behavior especially in an organizational context. From a science student to a literature student to a psychology student I finally discovered my true interests lying at the confluence of human resource management and organizational-behavioral psychology. I completed my graduation in Psychology from University of Mumbai. I am currently studying a hybrid course at Christ University, Bangalore which combines my aforementioned interests. I plan to work in a corporate setup, my endgame being the role of a change agent. I am open to working in other HR related positions as I see them as giving me experience, enhancing my skills, broadening my horizons and all in all help me achieve a well rounded view of the field I love.
