Currently, I am working with Berkadia as Assistant Manager, overseeing the management and monitoring of commercial lending for US offices (Joint Venture Equity, Structured Capital and Mortgage Banking), which includes financial analysis, underwriting, tax analysis, exit strategy, and communication with auxiliary teams to support bankers. Additionally, I am responsible for managing pipelines of deals (acquisition and refinance), maintaining monthly TAT for each process, sub-process, individual team member, and QC defects error % month over month. Prior to my current role, I worked with Better.com as a Technical Training Specialist. During my tenure, I was responsible for creation of loan file, maintaining stipulated Loan-to-Value (LTV), Combined Loan-to-Value (CLTV), and Home Equity Combined Loan-to-Value (HCLTV) percentages threshold on loan application. I also established affiliations with mortgage lenders and title companies to facilitate deed of trust, modification agreements, lien records, title drawn agreements, etc. for a smooth lien until funding. In addition, I coordinated with all concerned parties to acquire Subordination related lender-required documents and exemplified with collateral compliances. Before joining Better.com, I worked with Info Edge India as an Operations Executive - Product Development, where I managed and created campaigns to generate demand for the product, worked with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, marketed new products with sales, advertising, and production teams. Additionally, I worked and owned the entire communication for Ambition Box - Emailers, PR, Product copy, and designed and implemented social media strategy to align with business goals. Earlier in my career, I worked with NatWest Group as a Customer Service & Operations Analyst, where I was responsible for performing detailed underwriting of CMBS assets using financial parameters, commercial real estate valuation based on DCF analysis, direct capitalization approach, market comparable, and in-depth analysis of third-party reports. I calculated ratios, terminal values, and discount rates and ensured adherence to SLAs.
