Working as a Network Engineer-Global NOC Support. Monitoring Tools: Orion SolarWinds, WhatsApp Gold, IPAM, Grafana, Kibana, Thousand Eyes, Cisco DNA, Cisco Prime, Riverbed, Cisco-Inter-Sight-(Linux, UNIX, VM) & HPE-OneView, ProLiant.Ticketing Tools: JIRA, Autotask PSA(Datto). Providing 24*7 Network Support to various international clients. Day to Day handling Webex with customer and multiple vendor/carriers in case of customer reported poor network performance or network related issues or changes during migration activity required under BAU.Should be able to liaise with OEM / Vendor for Hardware & Other Complex issues and follow-up till resolution.Hands-On exposure of MPLS, L2VPN, VPLS, SD-WAN (Cisco-Viptela & Meraki), Silver-Peak HPE Aruba Orchestrator. Basic Understanding of MS-Visio, Data Center Devices (Cisco Nexus N3K,N5K,N7K,N9K, Catalyst, Spine, leaf, ACI) Basic troubleshooting on Juniper Routers and Aruba Switches.Basic Understanding of Wireless (ISE, WLC and Access Point)Responsible for managing multiple clients for Network Infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting with carriers and vendors regarding network hardware and circuit issues, order and coordinate for RMA of devices remotely. Exposure on Routing Protocols - BGP, OSPF & EIGRP and VRF.Creation of Reports with customer engagement on reported or ongoing issues - Daily/Weekly/Monthly.OOB (Out of band) Management Console Testing via SSH (Weekly and Biweekly)Responsible for replacements under RMA of UCS Servers/DIMM/ Chassis/Module/ SFP, SFC/ Sup Module / NIC Card etc.Co-Ordination with various stakeholders, carriers, vendors (Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Arista, Juniper, Nutanix) and internal Universal Teams till the resolution given to client.
