Responsibilities :Working on Fiscal Gas/Liquid metering Skids and Vessel.Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR ll (Modeling and Analysis) for Skids.Using STAAD for Structure analysis.Leading Project\'s Customer Kick off & 3D Model review meeting with global customers.Preparation of Datasheets of Static equipments, such as different types of Valves (Globe, Ball Valve, DBB etc), Filters, Strainers, Ultrasonic Flow meter etc.To Review & Prepare RFQ & PR for Skid fabrication and other long lead items.To review & provide technical clearance on Vendor packages/Quotation & approval on PO.To perform Pressure drop & Piping calculations as Per AMSE B31.3.To do vessels calculation as per ASME Sec. Div 1.Foundation load & Skid lifting lug design cal.Checking requirements of Impact testing and PWHT as per ASME standards.Reviewing customer\'s Piping Material specifications (PMS).To complete the Peer review of 3D model, GAD, Piping isometrics & Structure fabrication drawing using software like Cadworks design review & Naviswork review.
