Working in Ready To Eat Division.My Work Profile Includes Quality analysis of ready to eat products,GMP,Food Safety Trainings,Haccp,Quality Documents,Audits,Retort Knowledge with Different Products.Responsible for Testing Finished, Semi-finished Samples of ready to eat food products to ensure that all laws are followed.• Perform Tests Such As Acidity, Salt, Ph, Tds, Alkalinity, Conductivity, Brix, Incubation Reports.• Check All the Raw Material and Packaging Material According to their Standards.• Keeping Check on Incoming & outgoing Vehicles and Containers For holes, cleanliness, Odour all quality parameters. • Keeping Records of Online Documentation Raw Materials, Finished Products, Quality Documents, & Also Check the Records of Others Department like Production, Packaging, and Retort Etc.• Ensure All GMP, HACCP & Other Monthly Trainings Are Followed In the Plant. • Making COA of Different Finished Products.• Checking All the Raw Materials, Packaging Materials According To Their Standards.• Keeping Allergens Of Different Products Separately And Making Sure Cleaning Is Proper In Every Process Of Production And Ensure Food Safety.• Checking all the pest control unit working as per standard or not.• Maintenance and verification of log books as plant cleaning record, glassware report, mock traceability.
