Hi, I’m Shubham Santosh Garshetwad, an undergraduate student at Fergusson College, Pune, pursuing a B.A. in Economics.I come from a humble rural background, and shifting from my village to Pune for higher education has been one of the biggest turning points in my life. This journey has taught me the importance of hard work, self-discipline, and resilience.While focusing on academics, I constantly explore new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally. Some of the areas I am working on include:Communication & Public Speaking – improving confidence and clarity in English and Marathi.Leadership & Teamwork – through college activities and group projects.I strongly believe in continuous learning and never miss a chance to gain knowledge, whether through academics, skill-building, or real-life experiences. I am also deeply interested in contributing to work that has social value and long-term impact. My short-term goal is to build a strong foundation in Economics and essential skills during my undergraduate journey.
