Not the buzzword version — the practical kind. I use AI to eliminate manual effort from repetitive HR processes, build faster and more consistent policy documentation, and stress-test policies against current compliance standards before they go to leadership. It saves hours, reduces errors, and makes the output sharper.Currently, I\'m building the entire People function for Kaaiser from the ground up — talent structure, policies, compliance, HR tech, and culture.
