I am currently working on an eCommerce project where I take responsibility for developing and managing advanced data solutions, including interactive dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI, Excel (VBA), and SQL. My role primarily involves analyzing large datasets to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory levels, and marketing effectiveness.I design and implement real-time dashboards that provide actionable insights, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions and optimize business operations. By integrating data from multiple sources such as CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and inventory management systems, I ensure that stakeholders have accurate, up-to-date information for strategic planning.Additionally, I automate reporting processes to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort, improving operational efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of critical business reports. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, I support marketing, operations, and product management by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of the eCommerce business performance.My expertise in data visualization, data automation, and performance analysis allows me to drive strategic decisions that enhance customer experience, increase sales, and optimize inventory management, contributing to the overall success of the eCommerce project.
