Lead the technical sales and understand OEM requirements for various applications, including construction equipment, material handling, and e-drives. RFQ formation as per customer requirement-> Coordinating and completing the purchase orders (PO), contracts, agreements, and terms/conditions for sites on time for purchases-> Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers best suited to customer needs and within the company’s interests-> Tracking and reporting of all projects with respective BUs abroad to fulfill the timeline. Provide quick solutions to meet the customer timeline and communicate with the customer-> Define, create, and maintain workflow for new products and developments with customers in Org system-> Supporting the Process and Supply Chain Optimization by localization of the component by resourcing or by introduction of alternate technologies with the help of vendors-> Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time-> Participate to finalize the scope of supply with electrification for interfacing I/O mapping and add-on options requested by the customer for various functions to define the base software-> Support and resolve technical issues during proto and DVP planning. Study the interfacing and perform software fine-tuning, flashing TCU, and gathering relevant CAN bus traces, analyzing the traces using the application software like Vector CANalyzer-> Supporting the product quality team to troubleshoot the issues in the field with our solutions-> Software parameterization on the vehicle in coordination with the global development team-> Support the local team to perform OEM/supplier signoff with installation inspection for the productallocated.
