As the Founder & CEO of PsyConnect Holistic Services, incubated at AIC-BHU, I am passionate about bridging the gaps between education, mental health, and real-world readiness. Our work at PsyConnect is strongly inspired by the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, particularly its vision for holistic, multidisciplinary, and values-based education. Through customized training, psychological testing, and student development programs, we empower learners and educators with emotional resilience, career clarity, and self-awareness. A distinctive part of our approach is the integration of spiritual intelligence cultivating inner purpose, mindfulness, and ethical decision-making alongside academic and vocational growth. Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I have also worked as a Consultant Psychologist with the Generation India Project, where I contributed to training and counselling initiatives across Jaipur, Udaipur, Gwalior, Anuppur, Varanasi, and Delhi. This experience broadened my perspective on regional diversity in education and strengthened my ability to design scalable, inclusive interventions. Achievements & Recognition Successfully Directed program across 7+ states of India, building impact-driven programs in education and mental health. Received endorsement and recognition from Dr. Mahesh Sharma (Former Minister of State for Civil Aviation, Environment & Forest, Tourism & Culture; current Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Gautam Buddha Nagar, U.P.). Legal Endorsements from the Delhi Bar Association for PsyConnect’s impact in mental wellness and youth empowerment. Honoured with a Recognition Award at the Bharat Innovation Conclave Startup Summit organized by AIC-BHU. Awarded the “Brilliant Beginner Award” during my early professional journey.
