Perform supplier audits in order to assess capability and fit to Eaton Corporations specific needs and requirements • Supplier PPAP review and approval. Improve and ensure process and product quality • Participate in analyzing & solving quality related issues to reduce the supplier rejection PPM • Develop strong Supplier - Eaton relationship with a partnership concept • Familiar with Engineering change management process and execution of changes thru ENOVIA • Develop and maintain a high performance culture focused on continuous improvement and change • Perform assessment of suppliers for sourcing activities • Layout Inspection.
