Shubham was a part of Docyt India Pvt. Ltd, Jaipur. As an Account Manager, he was responsible for making the financials of the client of Hospitality, UPS, and Other verticals department. The job includes working of USALI and Non-USALI department, reconciliation, account receivables, account payables, vendor merging, making of P&L, balance sheet, categorization of transactions, unspecified transactions, bank feed of monthly statements, working of payroll, making of revenue reports, CSV upload and solve the query of the client whenever required. Before Docyt, Shubham has worked with 2 different companies which gave him a good hands-on experience in financial reporting & analysis, working on various accounting and ERP softwares like Quickbooks, Xero, Zoho and SAP. He was aligned on 2 different projects, i.e, APJ (Asia Pacific Japan) market and Europe market where roles & responsibilities were (but not limited to)- creation of SO (Sales Order), SVO (Service Order), VOA (Vendor Outline Agreement), PO (Purchase Order), and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Shubham has completed PGDM in Finance and Marketing specialization from Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad in June 2022. His major interests lie in the areas of financial statement & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, Power BI, SQL, working with various accounting & ERP softwares, reconciliation and payroll.
