Inventory Management and Troubleshooting Preparing & Review of MTO List & B.O.Q. and Timely work Execution Report,CAPEX & OPEX Management,Budgeting of New work.10. Knowledge of technical drawing (GA, P & ID, PFD, layout & Isometric Drawing etc.) and finalised as per Plant requirement.11. Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Condition monitoring, LLF etc.12. Piping (CS,SS,IBR) work,structural work, Cold & Hot insulation work on Pipes and Various Equipments.13. Maintenance of AHU Blower and their ducting & Coil,Filter Cleaned as per Scheduled Maintenance. Yearly revalidation of DPB,RLAF & AHU.14. Knowledge of Mechanical Integrity Such as URS,FAT,DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ. 15.Experience of Plant Routine Maintenance & Shut down Maintenance with a limited capex.16.Knowledge of Condition based Monitoring.17. Knowledge of Various types of Chemicals and their Compatibility with MOC.18. Standard metrics (MTBF, MTTR) for performance measurement of Equipment.19. Maintenance of Various types of Filter Such as Sparkler Filter, Candy Filter, Filter Press,whatman Filter etc.20. Statuary Compliance Such as Hydraulic testing & UTT of Reactors,Tanks,PSV,PRV,Rupture disc and Load testing of lifting Equipment Such as Hydraulic Hoist etc.
