As part of the European logistics, my primary responsibility is to provide level 1 support in logistics for DuPont\'s European business operations. This involves creating and assigning tickets or tasks to the relevant teams or individuals to ensure smooth operational flow.Simultaneously, I took on the challenge of a Project Management Office (PMO) role, driven by my deep interest in Excel spreadsheets and the intricacies of formulas. This multifaceted role involves a wide array of responsibilities:1) Ensuring compliance with mandatory training modules, including RIO, Fraud, Agile, MFMD, T-factor, Wings, Gen AI, G&T, Learning, ADC, SDC, DP, Cloud Competency, among others. This includes tracking completion statuses and organizing tailored workshops2) Drafting financial dashboards to illuminate cost and revenue landscapes, while also educating team leaders on financial analysis to help them navigate billing complexities and anticipate future trends3) Assessing shrinkage and absenteeism, providing crucial insights into their impact on operational efficiency4) Monitoring asset compliance across various locations and engaging IT support when necessary5) Conducting monthly spot-checks to ensure compliance and software integrity6) Managing internal audits, including the preparation and refinement of engagement documents to align with evolving standards7) Managing and sharing records related to national holiday payouts, the release and allocation of associates, and headcount across various accounts.8) Crafting compelling presentations, enhancing narratives with impactful visuals and insights.In addition to these core responsibilities, I continually seek opportunities to expand my skill set, always striving for excellence.
