Working as an application support consultant for SAP Success Factors (Employee Central) as well as Functional Consultant for SAP HCM module.Responsibilities: • Identifying & analyzing the existing business process/requirement of the client, and Conguring into the SAP system. • Conguring Employee Central in terms of implementing global business requirements and country specic localization. • Providing access & privileges to all users as per the requirement. • Providing the Role Based permission based on different permission groups, roles and users. • Working on data model like Succession Data Model, Country Specic Succession Data Model, Corporate Data Model, Country specic Corporate Data Model and Propagation Data Model for meeting the business requirements. • Conguration of foundation objects and MDF objects. • Setting up the Corporate Data Model for all foundation objects and maintenance of associations between objects as per the business Requirements. • Setting up Events, event reasons and workows as per the customer requirements. • Working on Self Service MSS / ESS Transactions Conguration. • Customize employee central and congure people prole. • Working on Position management and Business rules congurations. • Working on Picklist Management, Translations and Instance Sync Tool. • Creating Ad-hoc reports in Report Center. • Working on End User issues handling. • Resolving low and high priority incidents as per SLA\'s • Handling the Change Requests Post Go-Live. • Responsible for conguring Quarterly release updates for business.•SAP Success Factor Employee Central Consultant•SAP HCM Configuration and In house Support.• Worked As a shadow resource in end to end implementation for SAP Success factor ( Employee central module)• Enhancement and support for EC.
