Travelled to different countries in Europe, met brewers and brewery owners, and saw what problems they face in their breweries and how they troubleshoot. Went to hop farms (Busch Farm), and went deep into hop growing science. Tasted various beers throughout Europe and took a dive into styles/off flavours/brewing techniques.
