Rejuvenation of Water Bodies (NITI Aayog Project)a. District Lead (Palamu District - Jharkhand): As the lead for Palamu district, Jharkhand, I directed the rejuvenation of water bodies in collaboration with a team of 5 members, CRPs, local NGOs, district authorities, and departments. Our efforts successfully restored approximately 67 water bodies, enhancing water management. b. State Lead (Rajasthan): In Rajasthan, I supervised the NITI Aayog project\'s execution across 5 districts, involving CRPs, 4 NGOs district administrations, and local departments. We rejuvenated around 382 water bodies, fostering improved water resources- Stakeholder consultations were conducted with district administration and line departments- Field work at water body sites was closely monitored- Capacity-building initiatives were implemented for local agencies and CRPs- Integration of the mobile application, Avni, streamlined data collection and monitoring of silt removal from water bodies.2. Implementation of Social Protection Projectsa. Entitlements and Livelihood Policy Protection (Tripura): In Tripura, I designed comprehensive surveys to assess the implementation of DBT entitlement schemes and livelihood improvement programs. Pilot studies were conducted across 4 districts, and meetings with government officials identified challenges in DBT scheme implementation. A digital work-plan was developed to improve beneficiary access to DBT schemes.b. Nasha Mukta Bharat ke Liye Khelo Tripura: This statewide project aimed to provide constructive engagement for substance abuse victims and at-risk populations through volleyball. Key activities included- Training 110 coaches under the guidance of international and national volleyball experts- Collaboration with Tripura\'s Ministry of YAS and MoSJE- Ongoing project monitoring and evaluation- Promoting productive activities for substance abuse victims and at-risk groups.
