   Jai Hind Everyone, as the Junior Under Officer at 1 Delhi Armoured Squadron NCC, Delhi Technological University, I am responsible for overseeing 200 cadets. My role includes managing training schedules, streamlining the enrollment process, organizing events, and preparing cadets for competitions.I meticulously plan and execute training sessions that encompass physical drills, theoretical knowledge, and practical exercises, ensuring the holistic development of our cadets. This involves coordinating with trainers, scheduling regular practice sessions, and monitoring each cadet\'s progress to meet NCC standards.Facilitating a smooth and efficient enrollment process is another critical aspect of my duties. I ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly, liaising with university administration and NCC headquarters to maintain up-to-date records and compliance with regulatory requirements.Organizing events is a significant part of my role. I plan and manage activities such as annual parades, inter-college competitions, community service projects, and leadership workshops. These events enhance skills, foster discipline, teamwork, and social responsibility among cadets.Preparing cadets for competitions is also a key responsibility. I develop tailored training programs to help cadets excel in various inter-collegiate and national-level competitions. This includes guidance on physical fitness, drill practices, and strategic thinking, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent our squadron with pride and distinction.In summary, my role as Junior Under Officer at 1 Delhi Armoured Squadron NCC requires leadership, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to the development and success of our cadets. Through diligent planning, effective coordination, and unwavering support, I strive to uphold the values of the NCC and contribute to the growth and excellence of our squadron.
