Hi, I\'m Shubh Agarwal, a passionate and enthusiastic coder and learner. I\'m currently pursuing my Bachelor\'s in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Dharwad, where I have acquired a solid foundation in DSA and languages like C and Python. I\'m also a certified Reinforcement Learning specialist, having completed courses from Coursera on topics like Prediction and Control with Function Approximation and Sample-based Learning Methods. As the Secretary of the Coding Club at IIT Dharwad, I have been orchestrating dynamic events and activities for a vibrant member community, elevating engagement through strategic planning and innovative initiatives, and nurturing relationships with industry experts for enriching experiences. Additionally, I have been contributing to the Career Development Cell as a Public Relations Coordinator, developing and implementing effective communication strategies, facilitating engagement with HR teams from various companies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. I have also been a Student Mentor, guiding and inspiring fellow students and helping them make the most of their college experience. Through these roles, I have honed my PR, mentoring, leadership, and collaboration skills, and deepened my connection with the student and professional community.
