About Shubhada Dharwadkar
I trained to be a journalist as my forte is writing. Along the way, I decided to move to public relations and found my base in journalism to be of great help as it made be aware of the manner in which the business of news and news gatherers worked. It inclucated a deep respect for deadlines faced by mediapersons. While I do miss mainstream writing, I thank PR for having ingrained within me the ability to work hard, inspite of the new mantra for working smart. Moving ahead and armed with a broad-based experience of having handled clients across sectors, I would now like to strategically advise clients to not only help them build, maintain and sustain their image in the eyes of all stakeholders, but also help them retain talent.
