Shubho is the Chair at BIAS, an award winning business and policy impact Do -Tank, a collaboration between academia, policy influencers, private sector specialists, communication and design experts.Shubho has been at the forefront of the behavioural science discourse in India. His specialisation lies in consumer behaviour, inclusive innovation and design thinking.Whether working with the ministry or public policy influencers regarding wicked problems and SDGs, or the large conglomerates to navigate ever changing business goals, the focus is often on achieving various forms of behavioural impact. Behavioural impact for Unlocking Growth through Adoption | Or Reducing cost of Acquisition | Or Improving Retention and | Encouraging Compliance etc To this effect BIAS is instrumental in shaping and co creating demand side strategies and playbooks and on ground interventions such as social and behavior change communication (SBCC), app design and user interfaces, user journeys and experiences, change management etc.Shubho\'s academic misadventures resulted in masters in management specialising in marketing and strategy, another masters in Public Policy specialising in Science, Technology and Innovation, in addition to another post graduation in design thinking. At present, he muses about Innovation systems at IIT Delhi.
