I am an enthusiastic and hardworking professional with a strong foundation in management, business strategy, and finance. Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Studies and a PGDM in International Business, I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experiences to thrive in the dynamic world of Canadian banking and finance. Currently, I work as an Assistant Department Manager at Farmboy Inc, where I led initiatives that significantly improved the department\'s performance. Through meticulous planning, decision-making, and integration of new strategies, I was able to increase the department’s revenue from CAD to CAD, a 67% growth. This experience honed my skills in management, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination. As I look to transition into the financial sector, I am actively pursuing the Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) course to further enhance my knowledge and expertise in the industry. My strong leadership abilities, combined with my keen interest in finance, enable me to make data-driven decisions and foster teamwork to achieve organizational goals.
