Finance Portfolio Reporting1. Reviewing accounting flow of bonds, investments, debt facilities, securitization instruments andtaking manual adjustments where required to ensure correct reporting.2. Preparing and reporting the group’s debt schedule ($31 bn) on a monthly basis to Ex-com.3. Calculating investment effectiveness, hedge effectiveness, recording mark to market, agingschedules and other reporting packs for sound decision making.4. Reviewing the facility agreements, drawdown schedules to support accurate accounting.5. Reviewing and reporting finance cost for standalone entities by performing detailed trendanalysis and account for adjustments if required.6. Monitoring the funding structures within the group company by resolving the Intercompanybreaks, approving funding to group companies through recharges, deciding fund flows as pergroup structure.Cost Management Reporting1. Budgeting and forecasting cost for the financial year and updating forecast as per dynamic changes.2. Preparing and reporting monthly “Actual vs. Budgeted” figures to Ex-com and financial controllers of group companies.3. Preparing monthly reporting pack of standalone group companies which includes PnL and BS reviewwith detailed comments submitted to Ex-com.4. Performing month on month cost variance analysis and highlighting key changes for effective decisionmaking by the management.5. Carrying out intercompany recharges and profit allocations as per agreements within the groupcompanies.6. Liaisoning, preparing data and handling queries of statutory and internal auditors to ensure auditclose within deadline.7. Allocating costs to trades, taking necessary provisions, accruing for future costs in order to achieve accurate trade benefit effectiveness.8. Oracle super-user for the team, hands on experience - SAP, IT2, Pluto, Tally, Excel, PPT decks.
