I am an Engineer turned Product Manager with over 5 years of experience. In my role at Wayfair, I own the Notifications Content initiative and the general strategic vision of the delivery platform. I have led multiple cross-functional projects spanning Marketing, AI/ML and Engineering.My key areas of expertise include personalization of comms, building scalable platforms, setting up mixed media CMS, and email deliverability. I am passionate about creating data-driven solutions that enhance CX via personalized marketing and building tech that is versatile and intuitive. I bring a solid technical background to the table, with a hands-on track record of building technology for streaming events and creating tools from the ground up, among others. I hold a MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I focused on data visualization for large-scale healthcare data.
