   At Block, I served as a technical lead for the lending platform, driving cross-team and cross-functional delivery of multiple lending products like merchant cash advance, line of credit, credit card, and flex loans. I architected and maintained the core lending backbone service which involved integrations with external partners like Plaid, Experian, and Ocrolus to provide reliable signals for ML and risk models used in underwriting and portfolio management. I owned the end-to-end implementation of Zelle payments, which materially improved processing efficiency and accelerated merchant onboarding. Proactively identifying bottlenecks, I delivered platform enhancements that increased service velocity, improved observability and incident response, and streamlined operations—directly supporting faster time-to-revenue and measurable business growth.
