Hi, I’m Shruti — a community architect and people-first facilitator with a background in management, psychology, and soft skills training. I’m also a NABET-certified Train the Trainer professional.My work lives at the intersection of community building, learning design, and people experience — helping individuals feel connected, empowered, and genuinely engaged.Over the years, I’ve worked closely with early-stage start-ups and learning-first organisations, often wearing multiple hats across operations, onboarding, people development, and internal culture.
