Meet Shruti a pioneering author, education specialist, and curriculum innovator with over 15 years of experience across early years and K–12 education. A passionate advocate of active learning, project-based learning, inquiry-driven pedagogy, all constructivist approaches, Shruti brings deep expertise and sharp insight to transforming how children learn and how schools teach.She has worked with over + educators, parents and families and children across India and globally, helping shape developmentally appropriate, engaging, and purpose-driven learning environments. She has led curriculum innovation, teacher development, and reflective coaching processes grounded in real classrooms and real contexts.As a strategic advisor to school leaders, education startups, and EdTech ventures, Shruti consults on new school design, learning vision, curriculum alignment, and long-term school enhancement. Her approach helps institutions shift from traditional systems to meaningful, student-centered learning cultures.Shruti is the first and only HighScope Certified Trainer in India in foundational years, and a member of the International Advisory Council of HighScope U.S.A. She is internationally recognised for her leadership in early and primary education and her ability to contextualise global best practices for Indian classrooms.She is the founder of ActiveLearners India, a growing educator community and review platform that supports K–5 institutions in delivering high-quality education through curriculum support and coaching.
