With hands-on experience in advanced PCR techniques, cell sample preparation, and bacterial culturing, I have consistently delivered precise, data-driven outcomes that support cutting-edge research projects. One of my most exciting achievements was leading a research project focused on creating a Capsule Depolymerase treatment for antibiotic-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae. During my internship at MITCON Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Centre, I honed my skills in fermentation technology by optimising media for Aspergillus niger in citric acid production, contributing to a 10% increase in production yield.
