I\'m a Design Manager with over 11 years of experience leading the GenAI product at Uber Support. Currently leading design team for AI for Support across all of Uber’s apps — Rider, Driver, Eater, and Merchant — with a primary focus on driving automation through AI. Recently, I also took on the team responsible for Uber’s chat experiences, focusing on evolving our chat libraries and identifying key moments that define meaningful communication between users.My work centers on scaling horizontal products and teams — those that cut across multiple surfaces and businesses. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners to define a unified vision and strategy for the future of our user experiences, and to translate that strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap for team that delivers impact at scale.Previously I was leading the next billion users team at Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce platform. Working on the intersection of assistance, comprehension and trust across the shopping funnel. In the past, I worked with the teams that was critical of Marketing Cloud Adoption at Adobe. Delivered key end-to-end experiences for global products across major industry verticals and closed deals worth $10M+.
