Shruti Jadhav, a recent Civil Engineering graduate from RIT with a keen interest in crafting sustainable solutions for our built environment.Education & Skills:During my academic journey, I cultivated a strong foundation in civil engineering and honed my skills in AutoCAD and project management. I believe that successful projects are a result of effective teamwork and collaboration.Experience: Civil Engineer, AVI Design: In my role as a Civil Engineer at AVI Design, I\'ve had the privilege of contributing to innovative infrastructure projects that merge form, function, and sustainability. Working here has further deepened my passion for crafting solutions that make a positive impact. President, Rotary Club: As President for one year, I led initiatives focused on community service and social impact, aligning with my passion for making a difference. Event Coordinator, Vastu Event: My role as an Event Coordinator for Vastu Event allowed me to sharpen my organizational and leadership skills. Team Captain, MCC: Serving as Team Captain for two years, I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning. Member, American Concrete Institute: Being part of the American Concrete Institute has expanded my network and kept me updated on industry best practices.Achievements:🥈 Runner-up, National Kabaddi Competition (COEP): Achieving the runner-up position in a national-level kabaddi competition was a testament to my commitment and sportsmanship. 6th Best Paper, KJP Awards: I was honored to be recognized as the 6th best paper for scientific writing at the KJP Awards, showcasing my dedication to research and academia. RIT hackathon First Prize: Winning the first prize for smart building planning at Rit hackathon was a significant achievement, demonstrating my problem-solving skills.I am enthusiastic about applying my skills and experiences to the field of civil engineering, particularly in the realm of sustainable infrastructure. My upcoming M.Tech program at Walchand College will further enhance my abilities.
