Export Compliance & Bank Liaisoning • Prepare and verify export invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills. • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and international trade regulations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export incentives, duty drawbacks, and foreign trade policy (FTP) • Assist in determining the costing of export orders, including logistics, insurance, and duties. • Prepare and present monthly export reports, profitability analysis, and forex gain/loss reports. • Submit monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), refund claims, and track ITC. • Assist in filing annual financial statements and income tax returns. • Record export sales, freight, insurance, and customs duties accurately & Reconcile export sales with bank credits and shipment documents. • Handle foreign currency accounts, conversion rates, and fluctuations. • Manage Letter of Credit (LC), Bills of Exchange, and Bank Realization Certificates (BRCs) & Ensure timely realization of export proceeds in accordance with FEMA/RBI norms.2. Developing effective tax strategies to minimize tax liability while staying compliant with laws.3.Preparing and filing various tax returns such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, and corporate tax on time.4.Handling income tax and GST audits, preparing required documentation, and coordinating with auditors/tax officers.5.Developing Automatic dashboard related to salary sheet.
