Writing for business education in schools for grades 11 and 12. More than 18 years experience of teaching business and accountancy to these classes. Writing of textbooks for NCERT, Writing of articles on pedagogy and curriculum transaction in business. Heading administration of a school upto grade 12.Giving seminars to teachers on commerce education and improving curriculum transacation though case studies, power points and internet. Designing learning material for business education. I have also appeared on examination helpline of NCERT on Gyan Darshan T.V. Channel for class XII Business Studies as a subject expert where the questions of students and teachers are solved live. I regularly conduct in- service training sessions for Commerce teachers of Delhi Government schools.I have been a member of CBSE course committee in Business Studies and also participated in preparing Sample Papers in this subject. I have also acted as a team leader in preparing additional support material for students in Business studies for the students of Class XII. I worked in Right to Education Branch in Delhi Government till November 2017. At present I am working as Principal in Delhi Government School. I have also completed LLB from Law Centre I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. As Principal and Head of School I was successful in bringing about qualitative improvement in academics and extracurricular outcomes of students with the active cooperation of staff and teachers. As Deputy Director of Education, the post on which was appointed after clearing UPSC exam and interview, I was able to manage District North by motivating the Principals of 63 Government Schools of District North of Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi, India. This resulted in improvement in results of these schools. Now as Dy. Director of Education (Inspection, Primary, Nursery and Library)I am looking after the work of these Branches and thereby these aspects in all 1028 Government Schools of Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi.
