ABOUT SHRUTI AGARWAL

I believe that every brand has a unique story waiting to be told. My journey began in the world of auditing at Deloitte, where I developed a keen eye for detail and honed my analytical skills. This experience taught me how to dissect complex information and make strategic recommendations. However, my passion for storytelling and brand management led me to pursue an internship with Procter & Gamble. In just two months, I immersed myself in the intricacies of brand positioning and learned how creativity can drive consumer engagement. To transition my career towards strategy and brand management which is both exciting and challenging, I pursued Master\'s in Management at London Business School, deepening my understanding of this field. During my stint as a Student Consultant for Air India and as a Commercial Associate with Syensqo in Belgium, I was able to blend my analytical background with creative strategy development. This role reinforced my belief that effective communication and adaptability are essential for success in any project. I thrive on collaboration and enjoy bringing people together to drive results. Outside of work and studies, I\'m passionate about volunteering in community projects that focus on education and empowerment. Giving back allows me to connect with others while fostering a sense of purpose beyond the corporate world.
