I am a Human Resources Coordinator at Turing Consulting, a leading IT consulting and outsourcing company based in Bangalore. I joined the company in April 2022 after completing my Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, one of the premier engineering colleges in India. As an HR Coordinator, I support the project management and recruitment processes by coordinating the necessary documentation, information, and communication with the project managers, hiring managers, technical team, and candidates. I handle official letters and emails, format and store the resource data in the systems, segregate and update the database as per the division, and monitor the employment status of the sourced and selected candidates. I am passionate about hiring and data management, as they are the pillars and the main parts of our business process. I am also eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my efficiency and effectiveness as an HR professional.
