ABOUT SHRUTI GUPTA TIBREWAL
I’ve worked as a management professional. When I became a mom, I realized the need for healthy, nutritious baby food in the market. I’ve always been an individual who loves to help others, so I took it on a larger scale. It took a lot of courage and support, but I did it! I launched my own company Bebe Burp with my two co-founders. As a visionary, I work to identify the struggles working parents face and come up with solutions for them. I head the product development division at Bebe Burp, which works towards our existing product line and develops new ones. Being a multi-tasker, I handle the vendor management division of our company. I develop strategies to reduce costs and mitigate any risks that could hamper the deliveries. Also, I am a proud mother who is a full-time caregiver for her baby and family. I believe in setting an example for working mothers that women too can have it all!
