I have been involved in managing the entire process of engaging industry experts for GSK, covering a comprehensive range of activities and events both in the UK and internationally. This involves identifying and selecting top industry professionals whose expertise aligns with GSK\'s objectives and ensuring their effective participation in relevant initiatives- The process begins with thorough research to identify experts in the specific fields required for various events or projects. Once potential candidates are identified, I reach out to establish connections and gauge their interest and availability. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convey the value and objectives of the engagement clearly- Once experts are onboarded, I coordinate all logistical aspects of their involvement, from arranging travel and accommodations to preparing agendas and itineraries. I also ensure that all contractual agreements are in place, managing any necessary documentation and compliance with regulations- Throughout the engagement, I maintain open lines of communication between the experts and GSK, facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring that all parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables. I also handle any follow-up activities post-event, gathering feedback and evaluating the success of the engagement to inform future initiatives.
