Played various roles mostly on the management side. Initial career highlights in 1998 include:• Worked at client site for customers like HSBC and SBI bank on the Maintenance of their billing module which was very critical during the month ends. Also worked on the back office system maintenance of Llyods Banking Group.(1.5 Years). • Worked on the Taj Hotels Customer Loyalty program. This was a first development project, Customer Loyalty Program and was developed within six months with IVRS system integrated.(1.5 Years). • Moved to GE Corporate where I worked on Migration of applications from one technology to another technology - rewriting the HR systems in Dot.Net (2 Years). • Later I joined as the Quality Assurance Facilitator for key business. I was also involved in the 1st enterprise wide CMMi assessment. For this I undertook CQA certification and also did TBEM assessment course (3 Years). I was part of PMO of Western Region (Mumbai, Goa, Pune, and Ahmadabad) from 2006 to 2008. Then I was PMO lead for a BU from 2009 until 2018 where I was also the Deputy Operations Head. The main responsibilities were-• Planning: Collaborate with IT Leadership Team to develop strategic plans and execution roadmaps. • Operational excellence: Enhance the performance of operations and P and L.• Budget: Collaborate with Finance and IT Leadership Team to create annual budget, and quarterly outlook. • Metrics: Develop Periodic Scorecard and Dashboard for Monthly IT Operating Metrics • Management Calendar: Manage IT Calendar ensuring employee success (e.g. quarterly performance reviews) • Surveys: Manage dip stick surveys. Compile results and prepare action plans to address feedback. • Employee and Leadership Communications: Key focus to ensure communications consistency throughout all levels. • Organize and coordinate the networking events and Strategy meets for business planning. Currently I am playing the role of Contract Finance Manager in one of the BUs. Key responsibilities are to make sure:• Participate and review contracts during the Contract Negotiation and Renewal process.• Red Line the risky clauses inform management • Monitor and track (Governance) risky contracts and clauses.• Creating Dashboards and Analytics reports on contracts and clauses for management• Liase with legal to find solutions to risky clausesI am also an Agile Coach (completed the Ninja Agile coaching). PSM Certified. I was also certified in CSQA and TBEM internal assessment. Attended a course on Self-realization from Institute of Personal Leadership.
