As a management consultant with Kearney, Shruti specialized in large scale transformations and advised C-suite clients to enable rapid growth and cost optimization strategies across consumer goods and financial services. She served at the engineering and construction major, Larsen & Toubro Limited where she was instrumental in streamlining the capex management while liaising between the headquarters and seven all India plant sites. She has also mitigated risk of foreign exchange exposure on various customer projects using currency derivatives. She is an MBA graduate from IIM Bangalore and a Chartered Accountant with AIR 45 (CA-IPCC) and AIR 9 (CA-CPT). She has also completed Company Secretary course with AIR 23 (CS-Exec). She was an elected placement representative at IIM Bangalore successfully ensuring placement processes for 2 batches of 840+ students. She was also chosen as one of India\'s Top 50 most employable MBA graduate of 2020 by Inside IIM. Shruti likes poetry blogging and playing flute. She has also been the women carrom captain at IIM Bangalore.
