As a finance professional with an MBA in Global Business Administration from Chonnam National University (Magna Cum Laude, full scholarship) and newly qualified ACCA membership, I bring a strong foundation in IFRS, financial reporting, and cross-border business operations. My educational journey, complemented by a TOPIK II Level 4 certification in Korean, has equipped me to navigate multicultural environments and collaborate effectively across India–Korea business landscapes.I have gained practical experience through internships and articleship positions in India and South Korea, spanning financial reporting, statutory audits, GST and income-tax compliance, treasury management, and management reporting. At Buddtree Management, I developed client-facing compliance guides, mapped India-entry structures for Korean SMEs, and prepared executive-level decks supporting strategic investments. Earlier, at MOB and Associates and BD Jokhakar & Co, I managed audits, tax filings, and bank concurrent audits, mentoring junior staff and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, my role at Gkida involved executing digital marketing campaigns, improving engagement, and operational documentation.My project work includes leading the “Master Franchising & Marketing Strategy for South Korean QSR Launch in Maharashtra, India,” where I conducted market research, competitive analysis, and designed a master franchise GTM strategy with operational SOPs, brand positioning, and rollout plans.
